Location:
The meeting will take place at the Hotel Derby, where we will also have accomodations.
For the transit between the Barcelona-El Prat Airport and Hotel Derby, you have several options:
Taxi – costs around 30€, be prepared to pay cash and speak spanish/catalan. Remember to ask for receipts.
Public transport – there is a train , R2 Nord, which connects the Terminal 2 from the El-Prat Airport to Barcelona-Sants (see map on the left). For those at Terminal 1, there are shuttles. The fare is 4,60€ one-way, tickets are sold in vending machines.
From there, there is a 15 min. walk to the hotel, alternatively you can take the bus 27 from St Antoni to Viladomat.

Talks:
Each session has a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes
Innovation Competition:
Presentations sessions with five 15-minutes presentations in total, one for each team of ESRs. On the last day, the evaluation committee will give feedback to all teams and award the prize to the winning team.
Social Activity Day 1:
We will take full advantage of the hopefully nice weather in Barcelona at this time of year and take a walk to the beach. The walk itself takes a little over one hour, but we will take our time to enjoy the streets of Barcelona and the beach itself, take group pictures, and maybe go for a swim?
The endpoint for our walk will be the seafood restaurant Restaurante Salamanca, where we will have dinner at 20:30.
Lunch Day 2:
We will have lunch at 13:00 at the Taberna del Bierzo, which is located just a few meters away from Hotel Derby.
